  • [Enhanced] Enterprise Financing Scheme (EFS) for local enterprises from Sep 2026 to Mar 2027
    • EFS enables Singapore enterprises to access financing more readily across all stages of growth
    • The EFS enhancement will increase access to financing for local firms amidst cost pressures
    • EFS - SME Working Capital Loan supports SMEs' operational cashflow needs. Government risk-share for EFS - SME Working Capital loan will be increased from 50% to 70%
    • EFS - Project Loan currently finances secured overseas projects. Government risk-share for EFS - Project Loan will be increased from 50% to 70%, and coverage will be expanded to domestic projects for local construction firms
  • [New] SME Cash Grant 2026 in Nov 2026
    • Active SMEs with at least one local employee will receive a one-off cash grant of $500 per local employee, capped at $2,500 per SME
    • Eligible sole proprietorships, partnerships and limited liability partnerships with least one local business owner but no local employees will receive a flat payout of $500
    • No application is needed
  • [New] Rental support for stalls in market and hawker centres managed by Government and Government-appointed operators from Sep 2026 to Feb 2027
    • Eligible cooked food stallholders will receive $1,200 in rental support
    • Eligible market stallholders will receive $600 in rental support
    • The rental support will be disbursed over six months
  • Increase Corporate Income Tax rebate to 50% for Year of Assessment 2026
    • Raise minimum benefit to $2,000 for eligible companies
    • Raise benefits cap to $40,000 per company
