- This brings the total amount of CDC Vouchers disbursed in FY2026 to $800
- The $300 CDC Vouchers are allocated equally for spending at participating heartland merchants and hawkers ($150) and supermarkets ($150)
- Disbursement of the CDC Vouchers will be announced at a later date

Taken together with Budget 2026 rebates, eligible HDB households will receive $110 to $190 in U-Save per quarter, double the regular GSTV – U-Save amount
- The additional U-Save is projected to fully offset higher utilities bills in FY2026 for Singaporean households living in a 4-room HDB or smaller flat
- U-Save is automatically credited to eligible households’ utilities accounts with SP Services, no application is needed
- ComCare Interim Assistance provides financial assistance for households who may be facing temporary financial difficulties
- Households eligible for the ComCare Interim Assistance can receive at least $250 per month for up to 3 months
- Households with greater needs will receive higher payouts from the ComCare Interim Assistance

- Households facing financial difficulties may apply for ComCare Interim Assistance even if their income is above the current threshold of $800/month per capita household income
