Taken together with Budget 2026 rebates, eligible HDB households will receive $110 to $190 in U-Save per quarter, double the regular GSTV - U-Save amount
- The additional U-Save is projected to fully offset higher utilities bills in FY2026 for Singaporean households living in a 4-room HDB or smaller flat
- U-Save is automatically credited to eligible households' utilities accounts with SP Services, no application is needed

- Households with greater needs will receive higher payouts from the ComCare Interim Assistance

Income eligibility criteria for ComCare Interim Assistance will be applied more flexibly to support more households facing temporary financial difficulties
- Households facing financial difficulties may apply for ComCare Interim Assistance even if their income is above the current threshold of $800/month per capita household income

- $500 Child LifeSG Credits for all Singaporean children aged 12 and below
- Raise monthly household income eligibility thresholds to $15,000 for preschool subsidies and $6,500 for student care subsidies

- Higher CPF contribution rates for senior workers aged above 55 to 65 in 2027 with CPF Transition Offset for employers
- Offer low-cost, life-cycle investment products under new investment scheme for CPF members
