CDC Vouchers
Every Singaporean household receives $500 in CDC Vouchers in June 2026 and $300 in CDC Vouchers in January 2027. Find out how you can redeem your vouchers, and the list of participating hawkers, heartland merchants, and supermarkets.
U-Save
Eligible HDB households receive up to $760 in U-Save in FY2026. It is to help Singaporean HDB households cope with their utilities expenses. What your household receives depends on your flat type. The U-Save rebates are disbursed every quarter, in April, July, October and January. If you are eligible, you will not need to take further action. The U-Save rebates will be credited directly into your households' utilities accounts with SP Services. Visit the GovBenefits website for more information about the U-Save rebates.
Who is eligible for U-Save?
- Singaporean households living in HDB flats
- If the HDB flat is partially rented out or not rented out, there must be at least 1 Singapore Citizen owner or occupier in the household
- If the entire HDB flat is rented out, there must be at least 1 Singapore Citizen tenant
- Household members living in the same flat must not own or have any interest in more than 1 property

Notes:
- If the flat is partially rented out or not rented out, there must be at least one Singaporean owner or occupier in the household to be eligible for U-Save. If the entire HDB flat is rented out, there must be at least one Singaporean tenant.
- Households whose members own more than one property are not eligible for U-Save.
- Additional U-Save rebates will be credited to eligible HDB households at the same time as the regular GSTV - U-Save in October 2026 and January 2027.
S&CC Rebates
Eligible HDB households receive 1.5 to 3.5 month of S&CC rebate. What your household receives depends on your flat type. The S&CC rebates are disbursed every quarter: in April, July, October and January. If you are eligible, you will not need to take further action. The S&CC rebates will be credited directly into your households' S&CC accounts with your respective town councils. Visit the GovBenefits website for more information about the S&CC rebates.
Who is eligible for S&CC rebate?
Singaporean households living in HDB flats must meet the following criteria:
- There must be at least one Singapore Citizen flat owner or occupier in the flat;
- The flat owner(s) and essential occupier(s) of the flat do not own or have any interest in a private property; and
- The flat owner(s) have not rented out the whole flat.
How much S&CC will you get?
The S&CC rebates that eligible households will receive in FY2026 are below.

Cash
GST Voucher-Cash
Eligible Singaporeans will receive GSTV-Cash payments of $450 or $850, depending on your income and AV of your home.
The permanent GST Voucher (GSTV) scheme was introduced by the Government in Budget 2012 to help lower- and middle-income Singaporean households with their expenses, in particular what they pay in Goods and Services Tax (GST). One component of the GSTV is the cash payments to defray their GST and daily expenses.
The GSTV-Cash is paid in August every year.
If you are eligible for the 2026 GST Voucher (GSTV) - Cash and have signed up for a previous government payout (e.g., 2024 GSTV), you will automatically receive your 2026 GSTV - Cash in August 2026. Who is eligible for GST Voucher-Cash?
You must:
- Be a Singapore citizen, residing in Singapore;
- Be aged 21 and above in 2026;
- Have an Assessable Income (AI) (YA2025) of not more than $39,000;
- Have a place of residence (as indicated on your NRIC) with Annual Value (AV) of not more than $31,000; and
- Not own more than one property.

Enhanced Cost of Living Special Payment
Eligible Singaporeans will receive the enhanced Cost-Of-Living (COL) Special Payment of $400 to $600 in September 2026, depending on your income and the annual value of your residence. The COL Special Payment of $200 to $400 was first announced at the Budget 2026 to help with living expenses. The COL Special Payment was subsequently enhanced to $400 to $600 in July 2026 as part of the second package in response to the ongoing Middle East situation, to support Singaporean households and businesses. If you are eligible, you will not need to take further action. You will automatically receive your payments from 9 September 2026.
Who is eligible for the Cost-of-Living Special Payment?
You must:
- Be a Singapore Citizen residing in Singapore
- Be aged 21 and above in 2026
- Have an Assessable Income (YA2025) of not more than $100,000
- Does not own more than 1 property

Assurance Package Cash
Eligible Singaporeans will receive Assurance Package (AP) Cash payments of between $100 to $250, depending on your income and property ownership.
The Assurance Package helps lower- and middle-income Singaporeans and households cushion the GST increase.
